RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At INTIVIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. Items must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.
To initiate a return, please contact us at intiviainfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used intimate products cannot be returned. Sale or clearance items, gift cards, and items that have been damaged or altered after delivery are also non-returnable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and applied to your original payment method. Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase (EUR, GBP, USD, or SGD).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at intiviainfo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
